A stripped down version of our iconic Air Brace, the Air Lite comes with the lower shoulder pads*, and injection molded nylon rear mounts which enables an even better value while retaining all that you know and love - The combination of a simplistic minimalist design with flexibility, suspension, and the largest brace-to-body contact ratio. The Atlas family of braces are the clear category leader across the entire range.

Lightweight, Minimalist Design:

• Everything you need and nothing you don't.
• Our minimalist design is incredibly lightweight, small in size, but packed with features.

Flexible Polymer Construction:

• Tough, impact resistant polymer construction is ideal for multiple impacts.
• The flexible nature of the material is designed to slow violent impacts in an effort to spread out and reduce impact forces, rather than stopping abruptly.

Split-Flex Frame:

• The Split-Flex frame design allows the back of the brace to mimic the natural movements of the shoulders to provide maximum comfort and mobility.

Freedom of Motion for Spine and Sternum:

• Each Atlas orthotic neckbrace is positioned around the spine and sternum, transferring impact forces to the larger muscle groups rather than directly to the spine and sternum, while greatly increasing surface contact with the body to dissipate forces more efficiently.

Chest Suspension:

• The in-chest suspension keeps the head in motion for a longer period of the impact, while promoting the ability to fold and roll during a crash.
• The unique leaf spring style design provides 30 mm of chest suspension to help reduce velocity and reduce impact forces.
• Each chest support can function independently, allowing impact forces to be strategically and effectively absorbed.

27% more Body Contact:

• Each Atlas Brace has the smallest overall size compared to the competition, but contacts your body 27% more than the competition, making it smaller and yet larger in turn.
• The increased surface contact with the body helps distribute the forces of impact, with the intention of making its effects less noticeable and/or helping to prevent possible secondary injuries.

Wireless Tether:

• Previously, our back straps used an internal braided steel cable for added strength.
• After 3 years of development, we've gone wireless!
• The new straps use a specifically formulated rubber compound combined with custom machined aluminum axle nuts.
• This unique rubber compound provides incredible strength and longevity, withstanding nearly infinite cycle testing.

Easy Removal:

• The super-strong 7075 Easy Open aluminum 7075 aluminum release system makes removing an Atlas Brace collar easy, reliable and sturdy.

Height Adjustment:

• Each Atlas Air Lite collar features 2 height adjustments.
• Tall pads are included in the box and make it easy to adjust for longer necks, smaller helmets and/or other needs.

Smart Mounts:

• The aluminum smart mounts on the back of each Atlas Brace neck brace provide 6 possible configurations to find the fit around your chest and back.
• The reversible design can move the back supports forward or backward, and an internal knurling system provides micro-adjustment of -10, neutral or +10 degrees to fit various body shapes.

Hybrid Strap:

• The balance between the comfort of the chest strap and the versatility of the X-strap.
• Wear it over or under your jersey and clip it into the clips provided on each Atlas Brace collar.

Multi-Purpose:

• Each Atlas Brace is suitable for all non-saddle activities that require a full-face helmet.
• This includes Motocross, Supercross, Offroad / Trail, BMX, mountain biking, snowmobiling, off-road vehicles, etc.

The size of each Atlas Brace™ is based on chest circumference (distance around the chest, measured just below the arms).

Atlas Air Lite Sizing:

• Air S: 33” - 36” (84cm - 92cm).
• Air M: 37” - 41” (94cm - 104cm).
• Air L: 42”+ (106cm+).
